Photos from my life in Oklahoma.

I am very fortunate to have a family that provides unconditional support and love. My wife, Jaclyn, is a Crime Scene Investigator for the Oklahoma City Police Department and I am lucky to have her by my side. My children, Gen and Wyatt, are in high school and elementary school and are a prime reason that I am seeking office to try and change the way our government prioritizes our public education system. My brother, sister, mother and stepfather all live in Oklahoma along with many nieces and nephews. The roots of my family tree go deep into the red soil of this state and I have a vested interest in trying to make Oklahoma better for future generations.

Army National Guard Veteran

I served in the 45th Infantry Brigade from 1992-1998 and was honorably discharged. I received the Army Achievement Medal in 1993. I come from a long line of military veterans. My grandfather retired from the Air Force as a Master Sergeant and my father also served in the Air Force. I went to Iraq in 2005 and 2006 as a civilian contractor, helping build and maintain facilities for Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, and Airmen. Veterans Issues are important to me. I believe our country and state owe a debt to all of our veterans and their families.

Fighting for Working Men and Women

I have always been a member of the working class as my father and grandfather were before me. I began my first job at 15 years old as a car hop at Del Rancho. I have worked every year in the 35 that have followed. I have never been rich but I have always been self sufficient and proud of my work ethic. I am a member of the American Federal, State, County and Municipal Employees and I am an employee representative. I support unions which give American workers better pay, benefits and protections.

Oh what a beautiful morning

I love this state. I love her people. No matter where I travel, I can't wait to get back to my home. I believe Oklahoma is worth fighting for and I pledge to do everything in my power to restore our state to it's full potential. As a great Oklahoman sang, "This land is your land, this land is my land." I will fight for every Oklahoman to restore our state, rebuild our finances, and support each other like Oklahoman's are supposed to.
